Accommodations at Ideal Beach Resort
Ideal Beach Resort’s six motel units are located right on Bear Lake’s beach. While a short walk from the parking lot, the motel units offer instant access to the water. One step from your doorway you’ll be feeling the sand between your toes and the sun on your face. The motel rooms have easy access to all resort amenities and, on top of that, have the added benefit of being the closest accommodation to Bear Lake’s beautiful blue water.
All motel units are rented by night and sleep four people in two queen sized beds. Any person age three and older is counted in sleeping arrangements. For more information about our motel units, please call 1 (800) 634-1018. Each motel room includes a mini fridge and a microwave oven.

Reservations
Online reservations are not available at this time. Ideal Beach Resort takes reservations by phone or in person. Please call 1(800)634-1018 to check availability or to make a reservation.
Ideal Beach Resort follows a “first come, first served” reservation process. The resort begins taking reservations over the phone for the upcoming summer season on January 16th at 9 am MST. For questions please call 1(800)634-1018.
Also, when calling to make a reservation or to check availability for a possible reservation please have the following appropriate information ready so we can help you as efficiently as possible:
- Two or three dates you would prefer to stay with us.
- How many people are you hoping to accommodate.
- How many units are you are hoping to book.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
100% of the reservation is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation made more than 90 days prior to arrival, 90% of reservation is refundable.
Cancellation made between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of reservation is refundable.
Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival, reservation is non-refundable.
Ideal Beach accepts Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
Rules and Policies
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m., however you are welcome to stay and use the Resort facilities
Quiet hour starts at 10:30 p.m., security enforced
Barbeques must be 20 feet away from all buildings, and there is no barbequing on patios
No smoking within 25 feet of any buildings
No fireworks
Pools close at 10 p.m.
Infants must wear swim diapers
There is no food and beverage allowed in pool areas
No items can be left on the beach over night, i.e. tents, beach toys, etc.
All boats and trailers must be parked along the property fence and other designated areas
Please use provided wooden blocks under trailer jacks
ATV’s are to be parked on trailers and are not allowed on the beach, sidewalks, or lawns
No launching of boats/jet skis from the beach
No alcohol in public spaces; alcohol may be consumed inside private condo units
NO PETS are allowed anywhere on the resort property
No sleeping on decks, in vehicles, or in trailers; No tents allowed on the property
Full amount is due at the time of reservation.
